any extra cost to yourselves. Whether you are a couple, a small group or large

What can we do for you?
With our extensive knowledge of Scotland, our expertise lies in delivering the best
possible holiday experience for each of our clients. We can arrange accommodation,
transport, tour guides if required, and events for small and large groups.
What can you do?
Our trained staff will create you a "carefully tailored holiday". To do so, we need to
know all your requirements. This will allow us to offer the correct type of holiday
for you.
We will need to know a lot of you and the other guests travelling in your party such
as; the ages, any mobility or medical problems they may have and which types of
rooms to be requested. We will also need to understand the dietary requirements
of each person travelling. If any of your party has any special interests or hobbies,
we will be able to tailor the package towards this.
If transportation is required, we will need to be advised of your flight details to
ensure collection at your point of arrival to Scotland. If you intend to drive yourself,
and wish to rent a car we will need certain details to ensure your vehicle is available
at your point of entry. On this site you will find a questionnaire, We ask you to take
your time when answering the questionnaire, this will be crucial when making up
your holiday.
What next?
Once you return the questionnaire form, we make up a proposal and the cost
involved. We will provide you all the suitable accommodation options. In the
proposal we will also offer you some advice as to what you may like to do or
to see each day. It is hoped with these suggestions you can decide if this is what
you want for your holidays. Remember, it is your vacation, you decide what you
want and we make it happen.
Please note: You are bound to nothing at this stage.
Most of the accommodation providers we work with have a maximum of eight or
ten bedrooms. If you decide to go ahead with our proposal, we need to ensure
an itinerary which we know we can deliver. To assist this, we can make bookings
on a provisional base for specific rooms on your behalf. The bookings are held for
48 hours. Therefore we will ask you to confirm your intentions within this time frame
either to cancel or confirm the holiday that we have suggested to you. If confirmation
is not received within this time frame, the accommodation could be lost.
What happens next…
On receipt of the booking request and deposit we will send you the booking
confirmation via e-mail, with an attached word document confirming the details you
have provided and payment information. Within five working days after receiving the
deposit we will complete the booking request and provide you with the phone contact
numbers, website address, and check in arrangements and other information for all
your accommodation.
